So I asked, “Why do you want to lose 35 pounds?"
You know don’t you?
“I’ll feel so much better!”
Here's another true story:
Last year Carolyn came early for a class. She was excited, couldn’t contain it.
She was glowing and I had to ask.
“What’s going on?”
“I am so happy I may just burst!”
“Alright tell me!”
She got a little shy as Annie one of the more petite members of our group entered the room. Then she visibly shrugged it off and said pointing, “I lost her!”
“You what?”
“I lost an Annie! A hundred and five pounds!”
Mary needed to learn the three secrets. Carolyn had just learned them. Annie knew them by heart.
The beauty of it is that these secrets are no secret at all. There are three common sense actions you can take to change your life for the better, forever.

You need a plan.
If you don't know where you are going and don't know how to get there no matter how hard you try, you aren't going anywhere that matters.
Secret number two:
You have to be ready. Right now. And you must insist on success.
If you aren't ready to make your happiness for the rest of your life your number one priority then stop right now.
If you are not ready to make a commitment then don't waste your time or energy. You might as well just try another diet.
